Jamie is a very competent and able mechanic. He fitted a catalyst converter to my classic 25 year old VW polo, and he did everything very professionally and thoroughly, and got on with the job at hand, and he did it skillfully, where other mechanics appeared baffled that I've spoken to about the cars issues. His assistant Jack was also helpful as well. I fully recommend them.

The mechanic was very efficient but communication with Clickmechanic with regards to payment was problematic. My card payment did not go through for some reason but there was no communication from Clichmechanic about failed payment for 2 days. The poor mechanic could not get a new job until the previous payment is cleared & was chasing us which felt very bad. The payment finally ceared after the weekend but the service left much to be desired. It was really difficult to get through to a live agent.
