Well, we haven't driven the car yet, so asking if we're happy with the work they carried out is a bit premature.

But yes, he was friendly, knowledgable, and gave us some advice on future needs for the car.

Replaced clutch at my home address on my Skoda Octavia. I know zilch about cars and their workings are a black art to me. All I know is my car ran very smoothly following the work. The price was very fair and took 2.5 hours. A good job. Yiu can engage this mechanic with no anxieties based on my experience.
