Service and MOT carried out ok, although service wasn't done as agreed on the Saturday, as he failed to turn up. I had to then drop the car off on the Tuesday, at which time the service and MOT were completed.
I had to constantly chase for updates, then when they drove my car back to me, my gearbox went! Low mileage car. Shouldn't have happened. Took a further week to get resolved, repaired and ready for collection, again, with me constantly chasing for updates, not having calls answered, or messages replied to. Communication was very poor, knowledge wasn't as great as they said, had to get information from third parties used.
Sorry to say, but won't be using them again.

Firstly, we apologise for the inconvenience caused by the initial Saturday booking. As it was a bank holiday weekend, we were operating with reduced staffing, and we did our best to assist by promptly rescheduling your booking at a convenient time.
We would also like to clarify that MOT tests must legally be carried out at an authorised testing station, which is why the vehicle needed to be brought to the site for completion.
Regarding the gearbox issue, we understand your concern. While this was not related to the original service or MOT, we still took steps to assist in resolving the matter and ensured the vehicle was repaired and returned to you.
During the process, we made every effort to support you, including providing a complimentary loan vehicle for over a week to minimise disruption and offering flexible payment options due to your circumstances.
We acknowledge that communication could have been better at times and are actively improving this to ensure a smoother experience for our customers.
We are sorry that your experience did not meet expectations, and we appreciate your feedback, which helps us improve our service.
