I felt the mechanic broke his tools on my sump and had to go get a socket from halfords

Unfortunately my car was not picked up at the specified time and I did not have any phone call to say why. I had to call and it was explained to me that they had a lot of work on. We did agree to reschedule which was inconvenient for me. However, the garage did apologise and they were really responsive and kept me informed of progress the following day. I was satisfied with the service and MOT.

Car was due to be collected between 8:00am and 10:00am
Phone call said they were running late,car eventually picked up at 11:45am,was told it would be returned late afternoon as I was going out Friday evening,only had a set of brake pads fitted(1 hour),5:30,still no car returned so had to call garage,said was just finishing job and car would be returned,6:40 still no car and they rang me to say it was on its way shortly,eventually delivered to me at at 8:15pm,too late to go out had to cancel so not happy I’m afraid
