Terribly. Didn’t fix the problem I hired them for. They have a duty of care to not let a car go without making sure it is safe to do so. I recover my car back still broken and was told it was an issue with a part that didn’t even need fixing. So they tried to get more money out of me to fix a part that didn’t need fixing. Terrible service and communication. never using them or click mechanic again

Bogdan was super thorough with the inspection. Took plenty of time to explain everything on a call and give his professional opinion on the car. Really, really helpful.

Had the best service from the company. The man who collected my car was so polite and friendly. He explained the whole process and reassured me that my car was in safe hands. When I got the phone call from the garage they also told me I’d need brake fluid as it was low. All warning lights are off my car now and I have found a new garage that I will be using from now on

What a nice friendly knowledgable mechanic he found my problem a snapped spring although he was unable to replace it I can now find someone knowing what I need he did my oil and filter change very clean and left no mess very happy with your service thank you Mohamed
