I am very disappointed with the mechanic's service during the car inspection. They quickly agreed to perform the inspection, but in the end, they handled it very carelessly and superficially. The mechanic did not pay proper attention to important aspects. As a result, I decided not to buy the car. It felt like they were more interested in finishing the job quickly rather than performing a thorough inspection. Communication was formal, and their answers were evasive. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied, as I didn't feel that they truly helped me make an informed decision. I do not recommend this mechanic for a pre-purchase vehicle inspection.

Steve was great. He checked the concerns about the battery and basically diagnosed that I was doing too many short trip to fully charge it. He even checked it again after a longer drive that same evening. I will contact him again with problems in the future.

Igor and his friend did a very good job in sorting out the issue. Igor communicated proactively and even apologised for the couple of hours delay I faced (which was apparently out of his control). Quality of work is excellent however, I reduced one star because the break fluid he brought was Dot4 and my car requires only Dot 4 'plus'. Luckily I had checked prior to them attending my car and had bought a correct fluid otherwise it would be caused issues down the line. However, this should not let you down from using his services as I highly recommend them.
