The driver they sent was punctual and easy to chat to, and gave me straight answers for when the car would be returned etc. I asked them to do a diagnostic of the car and instead of informing me they were going to fix an issue they just went to fix it. Not only that but whatever issue they fixed wasn't the one I have been experiencing and so I'm over £150 down and the issue is still happening. I'll be contacting them again on Monday to see what happened and why they did what they did.

Steer well clear of this mechanic and clickmechanic for that matter, they use anybody and don't do refunds for work not carried out. You have been warned.
