Ben replaced the front brake pads on my car. He arrived at the time agreed and I wasn't 100% certain of the problem. The car was making a grinding noise under heavy braking, but my own mechanic had looked over the discs and pads; and suggested there was nothing wrong with them. Ben took the car out for a test drive and checked over the discs and pads. He diagnosed what he thought was wrong and very kindly changed just the pads, after inspecting the discs and seeing they were fine. His work resolved the issue and he also gave me some further information on other minor issues with the car that might need looking at in the future.

He was very chatty and friendly; and above all knowledgeable. I would happily recommend that anybody use Ben's services in the future. Most impressed. Read more
