James was punctual, friendly and extremely quick, he fixed the car super fast, and was even kind enough to help me with another issue. Superb service.

No - I asked for a diagnostic on issues with my clutch. Mechanic just told me I needed a new clutch and gave me a price. When I booked privately to get the work done an obvious error with the starter motor was identified which your mechanic missed - drastically changing the scope of the work needed. Felt that I got no value out of the diagnostic and would like this to be refunded.

Accepted the job request I put out in a matter of hours, came out a day earlier than scheduled, and called me the day before that to check some details and make sure he had the necessary parts. While he was here, he talked me through the steps of everything that needed doing, and even pointed out a couple of future problems under the bonnet for me to be aware of.
