Alex and Enzo (I think their names were) we're absolute legends. Been chasing an electric fault for months and they found it under an hour. Great guys and kept me informed throughout.

Jake was brilliant, he was polite and kind and made sure I understood the work which had been done and needed to be completed. He explained everything well.

Russell was friendly and polite. Arrived when he said he would. Kept in contact to keep me informed. He had to cancel first visit but kept me informed and promptly rescheduled. I can't review the work carried out as I'm not a mechanic nor have any knowledge of cars, therfore I can only trust that the work required, and carried out was done accordingly. I'm not currently able to drive for a couple more weeks, but when I can, I'm sure I'll notice if there are any concerns. Overall, I was very pleased with the service. Bluelight discount was a definite bonus too.

Efficient service. Not sure if air con is much better. Not sure if checks were carried out if air con is leaking or not as no update on what was done.

Ran diagnostics and gave me a date for appointment when he would fix the issues but he never showed up and didn’t respond to calls/messages.

Ryan arrived on time and went straight to diagnose the problem and effect a speedy fix. Found him professional and explained what he was doing every step. Happy with the outcome and would highly recommend them in the future . The repair cost me £74 where the main dealer wanted £258 to even explore the issue !! Cheers ClickMechanic .
