Not happy at all with the service I got from Mo …looking at his 5 star reviews noticing he does mainly DPF cleaning and diagnostics… perhaps he should stick to that … he obviously didn’t know how to fit a turbo on my car as I was left with a car filling up with fumes from the exhaust , went into limp mode …after calling him a few times I decided to take it to another garage .. to find out he hadn’t followed any procedures, no oil change , no intercooler cleaned , 8 bolts missing and putty on one of the seals to the turbo .. this cost me £2,250 I’ve now paid over £4,000 at the garage to get my car working properly… I had to block Mo on my phone as he shouted abuse , threatened me , called me names … as a woman on my own this was very frightening… he refused to give me any money back ….

Mo was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. Unfortunately he didn't come the first day as he was delayed on another job but he did let me know. He was also a bit late today but again he did call me to let me know.

I was away on holiday when the work was done, but my son oversaw the work, and he said everything was good.

Mo was super thorough when checking the vehicle and had excellent attention to detail. He was really great at communicating at each stage of the process. I had a lot of questions and he was more than happy to jump on a call and talk things through with me, multiple times. I would definitely recommend Mo!

Mo was very knowledgable and friendly. Found the problem with my car which wasn’t what I had been led to believe so booked the wrong product. However he found the problem and charged only for that and got a refund for the rest of the amount

Mo carried out a dpf clean and regen. Didnt get off my works car park before light came back on. After phoning Mo he suggested there must be a underlying isssue and he would come back out and plug his computer back in. He hasnt turned up. Surly he should off notice a issue when he 1st came.

DPF cleaning. I just paid just under £220 for my engine management light turning off for 2 days.
I was weary of using a mobile mechanic initially however personal issues meant that it was more convenient for me to use this service and "cheaper" than an established garage, I initially had the issue diagnosed by my local garage who unfortunately don't do DPF cleaning but assured me due to the milage on the car it shouldn't be a big job by someone who specialise in this area.
I took a risk and booked Mo who came on the Friday got on with the job asked me a couple of times before he started when the car was due a service, I informed him that it was a couple of months off and left him to the job as I had other issues to deal with. He called me roughly and hour later to say the job was done. On the way to work Sunday night the engine management light came back on I had the issue diagnosed again on the Monday it was the DPF. I contacted Mo on Monday who (to cut an all ready long review short) refused to rectify the problem as he stated the car needs an oil change.
I would advise anyone having this service done to firstly go to a trusted garage and find out exactly what needs doing before going ahead with this service then if they do DPF cleaning have it done there and if not get them to replace the DPF anyway because in the long run although it is over twice the price it will be cheaper in the long run.
And don't bother trying to discuss the issue with Mo as talking over the top of you "Manners and liar" still not sure what he meant but rude and arrogant trying to accuse me of swearing at him although he couldn't tell me what I said.
In conclusion I wasted £217, I take some responsibility as I should have made sure I was informed of the possibility of success of the service however I used a "Mechanic" that would do the "work" no matter what the outcome, Iwould not recommend Mo or ClickMechanic. Read more

Mechanic mo was very good rang me to see if he could come earlier which suited me fine. Very knowledgable will use again if needed. 👍

I have used MO twice now and have been very impressed with his work he is very friendly and talks you through what he is doing and I would recommend him to anyone I know who is looking for a good mechanic 5 stars
