yes, they were friendly. and advised what the issue was and how we needed to rectify it. they also advised on the exact part we needed for the car.

Mo advised me that there would be no need to do a test drive, and I was busy so I did not.
However, as soon as I took the car off the drive it was clear that the problem had not been solved, as the car was very jerky to drive. After a couple of miles of painful driving the "soot filter full" message re-appeared and the car went into limp mode.
Mo is returning tomorrow. Leaving me an extra 2 days without my car.

Mo was great he explained everything he was doing he was friendly he said i needed some parts but not urgently and he would be happy to come back and fit them for me
