Mo was very attentive when coming to view my car. It was a rush job and he came as right on time with regular calls and updates throughout the premium check. He even found a couple of issues with the vehicle which the dealer didn't pick up on which helped when negotiating. Overall impressed with the feedback of the report and knowledge. I'm not a massive car guy myself so was a sense of relief having someone like Mo turning up to do my review.

Adam was good and phoned me to tell me he would be late. Because it was a Saturday I did not receive a report until later on in the evening.
A manager, Ash, phoned me to explain but I don't understand why, given that 99.9% of the report is green dots I would be advised against buying it?
The ABS sensor the seller knows about and is willing to replace, a new battery is needed which is straightforward, the water level is on minimum but no leaks recorded so perhaps just needs topping up and the brakes are rusty so need replacing but it's an old car so is bould to have some issues?
