Mo was amazing. Top lad. Couldn't have asked for a better service. Had to travel 4hrs to view the car so a pre purchase inspection was very handy and well worth the money, peace of mind that your not buying a troublesome car

Mo was pleasant enough, however the inspection was a total waste of time and money as when I collected the car a week after the inspection (it hadn’t been driven between the inspection and collection) I drove out of the dealership and immediately realised there was a serious and expensive fault with the car which resulted in me having to get a full refund for the car 5 minutes after buying it! I paid for the inspection to give me peace of mind that all was ok, and how this was not picked up I just don’t know. Raised a complaint and requested a refund for the completely useless “premium inspection”, only to be contacted by the mechanic himself who basically said it’s tough luck & no refund will be given. Click mechanic are cheap but you get what you pay for and I learnt that the hard way! I’ll still with the AA or RAC for any future purchases. If something is cheap it’s usually for a reason. Mo was great, did a pre purchase inspection for me. Phoned to give me the findings and full report email super fast. Will definitely use again in future.

Mo was very friendly and I am happy with the work he has done, but disappointed that the final price was more than quoted and that it took over a week to complete.

I messed up with the address the car was at when booking but Mo sorted it out before the inspection was to take place. He arrived on time at the car dealer and phoned me after with his findings. He used language I understood (not being a car guy) and his verbal assessment matched his written report. He was polite and friendly and I now feel comfortable buying the car after his inspection.
