The work was not carried out. I didn't want to cancel the booking, I needed my car fixed. It was supposed to go as far as a local garage but they wanted to drive it to Newhaven. That is miles away and the car would never make it. I said that on the booking. I was then charged for nothing

Paul replaced the worn out clutch at a reasonable cost compared to other quotes I had. He let me know exactly when he would arrive and did the repair in good time. Once complete he took the car for a quick drive to test it. Really happy with the work done- it's like driving a new car! Would highly recommend both Paul and ClickMechanic.

Yep, got in quickly, did a thorough job, gave a clear and helpful report. This is the third time I've used click mechanic and now don't but a car without. I was able to get some money knocked off this one because of the report, but also feel comfortable getting it and know what work needs doing so no waiting for issues to arrise.

Thorough and professional. Kept lines of communication open after his visit to answer my questions. This was critical as I had to clarify several mechanical aspects of the diagnosis. Would recommend.

Jamie was excellent. Time keeping and communication excellent. Identified a problem on the job advised on a resolution - came to do brake pads and found disks needing doing too - was able to reorganise and come back at a time convenient for me - which happened to be next day. Happy to have Jamie back and would also recommend him.

Constatin very approachable. Did the job neatly and I'm sure well. Has lost one star because he didn't do a test drive, though i have no doubts that all is as it should be.

Although The tyre seems to be fitted quite well when I got to drive the car there was a very loud noise coming from the engine compartment. I suspect that road debris had been dislodged. At the age of 82 I am in no condition to remove it. It may dislodge itself eventually but it is very loud. If you have someone passing can you get it removed.
