Tari arrived slightly earlier than expected but that was okay. He called me later to ask if he should carry out some additional work he felt was needed on my front brakes and I was happy for him to do it. The car was returned promptly after its service with its new MOT and the bill seemed very reasonable for the service, additional remedial work and the MOT. Unfortunately I forgot to ask for a copy of the service report so have to assume that everything needed was carried out. From what I could check I could see that fluids were topped up so fingers crossed. I have given 5 stars for the Quality but in all honesty I have no way of knowing. Tari’s manner was friendly and businesslike so I’m assuming he’s done a good job.

Oliver was great: he texted me the night before and the morning of the appointment to advise when I could expect him to arrive during the appointment window, worked quickly and efficiently on site (no transfer to a garage, which was great), explained everything he had done at the end, and informed me of things to expect (he changed my break pads and discs) such as certain odours coming from the coating of new discs, and the need to work in the breaks for the first 100 miles.

Gareth arrived spot on time quoted, he and his colleague were well presented, very polite and efficient. Replacement of two rear suspension coil springs completed in 45 minutes. Extremely professional in every aspect of the job.

Terrible. Work clearly not performed to the correct standard as issue still existed immediately after car returned. Follow up dispute and support from ClickMechanic was non-existent as they are just a "booking broker" and the garage gets to decide if they have done their own job correctly.
