Was late collecting the car and when vehicle returned we had all black grease marks on outer body and interior seats and steering wheel.
Overpriced quote was given for work that needed to be carried out in order for car to pass MOT.
Would not recommend this garage.

Exceptional service delivered from start to finish. Communications were very friendly and always timely. They arrived exactly as scheduled for both pick‑up and drop‑off, making the whole process effortless. My MOT and service were completed with no issues, and you can clearly tell they work to a very high standard. Highly recommended.

The mechanic's was friendly and explained what they would do on the repair and provided the replaced parts as proof of the repair. They pick up the car and returned it in the same condition as seen. Altogether a nice experience.

I would not recommend this garage.

They collected my vehicle for an MOT, and shortly afterwards I received a call saying it needed £545 worth of repairs. I was left with the impression that my options were either to pay for the repairs or have the MOT recorded as a failure.

I clearly explained that if the vehicle genuinely required that level of work, they should not proceed with the MOT, as I wanted to take it elsewhere for a second opinion. Despite this, the MOT was still recorded as a failure.

The whole experience left me feeling under pressure and with very little confidence in the service I received. I therefore stand by my original complaint and would advise others to get a second opinion before agreeing to any expensive repairs. Read more

I booked in with Swift Auto Repair after seeing the good reviews. I cannot recommend them enough as they were punctual at picking up the car and kept me informed during the work with videos and messages. They even had someone come in to sort my air con out. If you need a service or repair use Swift Auto Services and you will not be disappointed. Thanks guys for everything.

I an happy with the service. I was missing the video for the service but the mechanic showed me the engine bay they clearned, it looked fantastic.
