Very efficient. They collected and returned the car on the same day, having completed the work and they sent us a video of what they did.

Mechanic was very helpful explained all what they were doing and let me know if anything else needed attention. Car returned after work done very happy .

Good service, break fluid change and mot. They recorded all the work and showed it to me when they brought the car back. They even stream cleaned the engine.

They did call and tell me they were running late in the morning so we didn't get the car back until later in the evening.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this garage. My vehicle was returned with warning lights when driven and significant power issues that were not present before their work was carried out. 24 hours later, while being driven by me with my wife and two children onboard, the vehicle caught fire and was subsequently declared a total loss.

As a professional garage, I expected the work to be completed safely and competently. Instead, my family was placed in a potentially dangerous situation, and I lost my vehicle. They failed in their duty of care with the initial works being carried out to a poor and substandard level, and failed to report to me when discovered a further fault that they have since admitted to me caugusee the fire. Most disappointing of all has been the complete lack of accountability or willingness to acknowledge any potential failings.

Based on my experience, I have no confidence in the quality of their workmanship or customer service and would not use them again and advise other to avoid if they don't want a dangerous and life threatening car returning to them. Read more
