Christopher quickly diagnosed the fault with my car and I have requested him to carry out the necessary work. Christopher was professional and I am very happy with the work to diagnose the issue.

Assessment done in minutes, exactly what I needed, and a £100 to diagnose an issue I can repair is an investment, as I got specific info from a guy who knows what his doing. For me useful, and i'll be going this route again. Each experience is relative and I was satisfied with the service I recieved, so I can only speak for the the mechanic who looked at my vehicle. Only caveat was in that it took for me to cancel initially, as they confirmed an appointment within 48hrs and then cancelled, they subsequently managed to, (as if by magic) honour the original time I requested.

Job was done ok but time frame was an issue with communication though.New brakes and pads and discs were fitted on my wife’s car but driver rear side has a grinding noise and i assume there wasn’t enough space left between the pads and discs hence causing the noise and this needs immediate check please.I have tried to reach out to the mechanic but he is not picking calls

Cristopher arrived in the advised time slot, and replaced the front and rear brake pads and discs in about 90 minutes. He was quick and efficient, and left the area he was working in as he found it, ie no discarded packing etc left behind. I would use him again.

The mechanic did half a job on Monday then claimed he wasn't strong enough to remove the calliper . He quoted me £220 for a new calliper . For my vehicle it is between £50 and £110 . Unknowingly i accepted this and agreed because i had no choice because I wanted my car up and running for him to come back on Wednesday and complete the work . The company removed £485 from my bank account and the mechanic never showed . I have been trying to contact you all day and have got absolutely nowhere . I want my money back and will be approaching trading standards to advise them of my horrific experience Im an OAP with a heart condition and needing bilateral hip replacement and it is cruel , dishonest and unprofessional for me to have my bank account emptied by Click Mechanic to give to a guy who never even bothered to show up . I have had to borrow money to take my car to a garage to get the work done professionally . What is wrong with you guys that you find this behaviour acceptable ? Obviously I have all the emails and proof that your mechanic took the money and didn't appear so my daughter will be contacting the bank tomorrow to have the funds removed if you still insist on keeping the money you did nothing for . Obviously the public review will detail accurately how badly I have been treated and the fact you have tried to keep the money without sending a mechanic ( albiet the one you sent had overpriced the calliper by between £100 and £140 ) . I was offered mediation instead of my £485 that you aren't entitled to which is just madness . You need to vet your mechanics better before taking money from customers . This has done so much damage to your credibility and the public reviews will detail exactly why . I don't want anything more to do with this fiasco and I want the company to be honest enough to return my money immediately . Read more
