I explained I’m no car expert , i asked if can come and have a look. He came and said it was easy. The problem was me which I did know that . He explained you pull up the handbrake to hard which he did say he found it difficult , showed me what to do , Told me to get in the car and I showed him. Lovely person, friendly.
