The mechanic was friendly and knowledgeable. They resolved the problem sooner than was expected, which did leave me thinking how much labour have I paid for, for 30mins work. They diagnosed a further problem with the heating system and gave me another quote to carry out the work. As I’m selling the car, I declined to do any further work on the vehicle. The only downside was the finished quality of work. They accessed through the passenger side dashboard. However after putting the dashboard together again I noticed a clip missing on the side panel below the glove box and there was a metal clip in the middle tray by the handbrake. I didn’t know where it had came from. It didn’t look like it was for the panel fixing. The side panel under the glove box was loose because of a missing fixture. Also when opening the glove box it scrapped the side making a scraping noise, which it didn’t before. The dashboard was not aligned together properly. So fast at working, but final quality suffered. Maybe less speed and more care and attention is required. I didn’t feel it was £400.00 worth of work which left me feeling flat about the whole experience. Ryan was shockingly rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. He wanted to turn up about an hour early to the job while I was still at work and got inexplicably angry when he was unable to get in touch with me. Despite having agreed to the time, he then decided to abandon the job 30mins before the agreed time and tried to then charge me a £40 cancellation fee despite him being the one to cancel it. This man is an absolute disgrace when it come to customer service, he thinks that people should bend around his schedule despite him agreeing to a specific time - looking at some of the other reviews it seems like this is a consistent theme with him. He also continuously lied to me in order to scam me put of the £40 - he said he left later than he actually did, he said that clickmeachnic told him to leave the job, he said he was 'milea away' when I called a few minutes after the cancellation - this guy is simply a lier and a scammer. Luckily click mechanic have great customer service who instantly recognised that Ryan had essentially tried to scam me and returned my money. Thankfully you are safe with Clickmechanics customer service team from people like Ryan.

One come to start it then he had to shoot off said his mate would be with me within 20 minutes but arrived 3 hours later but Connor who repaired it excellent service

Ford Fiesta coil spring replacement Paul was knowledgeable and helpful. He explained what was wrong and quickly replaced the spring. He was very friendly and we would definitely book him again if we have a problem. We will recommend him to our friends and family.

Thanks to Michael my car is back on the road . There was a slight delay on the part however Michael kept me updated and was completed as soon as it was in . I love this service, its the 2nd time i have used click mechanic and the correspondence and speed from filling in the online form to having the work completed in as little as 12hrs !! Amazing
