Deon was friendly and called an hour before to double check everything. He arrived on time and asked if he could take the car to his place. He came back after 2 hours and everything was working fine. I had trouble with the water pump.
Small world... I'd taken my car to a dealership before and he was the mechanic there and he said that the engine sound was probably from the water pump after he did a free check and diag for me. Deon called me halfway through the 2-hour window to let me know when he would arrive. I would have appreciated a call a little earlier. Deon was pleasant, friendly and confident. I felt assured that he would fix the issue. It took him just 10 minutes to resolve my Central Locking problem.
