“Jarrad was excellent. He identified the problem quickly and efficiently and immediately ordered the required parts. “I was really impressed with Michael's dedication - he was unable to make the first scheduled booking, as the part I required (a clutch cable) was initially out of stock but he let me know immediately he became aware of this, and rescheduled there and then for a couple of days later. And then, despite it being very cold (snow on the ground) and dark (7pm) he still turned up within the allotted time (I think most people would have been tempted to reschedule) and successfully fixed my car, at the roadside, and then spent some additional minutes to ensure I was happy with the repair and to advise of a broken bracket that he'd seen while under the bonnet and what I should best do. I definitely would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.”
