“After a morning of stress trying to find someone who didn't treat my repair like a huge inconvenience, booking Jermaine was a massive relief.

He was the definition of professional: called with an ETA, arrived on time, and was incredibly easy to talk to. He managed the perfect balance of being down-to-earth and friendly (chatting nicely with my dad and neighbour) while being focused enough to just get on with the work so I could leave him to it without hovering.

He took the time to investigate the issue properly rather than rushing a fix, did thorough checks to ensure it was actually gone, and explained everything clearly afterwards so I knew exactly what was what. He left the car and area spotless, too.

If you want a mechanic who takes pride in their work and actually makes your day easier rather than harder, I can’t recommend him enough. Absolute top marks.”
