Matthew arrived before the stated time so he could discover exactly what parts were needed. He later returned with the necessary parts and quickly and efficiently carried out the repair. He was happy to keep me informed at all stages of the work and had an open and friendly manner. He stayed and checked that everything was working properly before he left me with my car, which performed well on my journey back to Hull, where I live.
