“I’m very happy with the mechanic Jonathan.
He telephoned ahead and arrived within the allotted time.
We agreed that due to the heavy downpour of rain that the work could only be done indoors, as a new timing belt needed calibrating after replacement.
On arrival Jonathan expressed an interest and listened to my other concerns with the car and went out of his way on his return to give me an explanation and also a solution of how to remedy the fault.
Before taking the car away, he explained the amount of time required to complete the work safely and competently, also with a return time.
Overall, Jonathan is an enthusiastic mechanic, who I would quite happily use again in the future for any work required.”
