Highly unprofessional behavior from David. I got the major service and MOT done by him and everything was ok except that there was less engine oil in the car. I checked the dip stick and it came out all dry! I have been chasing David for a week and he didn't come to fix this issue. I have to do a long travel over weekend fro which I got the work done and now, I had to visit a garage myself to fill the oil. Surprisingly, 1 liter of oil was short! It has costed me both time and money. Not recommended to get work by David at all!

The mechanic did not turn up, which is not surprising as it was booked in for tomorrow. However, i received the service report and the money was taken from my account???? Phoned the mechanic, but he did not answer, eventually sending a text hour or so later (why he did not ring and explaing i dont know} When complaining on the live chat, i was made to feel as if it was my fault, and the date was correct, when in fact i had the email confirming tomorrows date. No immediate refund, as it now takes 5 days for no fault of my own and i will have to wait for the car service now another week. Asked to speak to you Andy, but kept getting fobbed off to the resolution centre. How can someone say they have serviced a car when they could not get in the works car park without a fob, nor could they get under the bonnet or in the car without my key. So not only was the mechanic a scammer, the live chat agent tried to blame me for an incorrect booking and i had to do all i could to convince otherwise. Major service done so no work carried out. Maybe a bit more expensive than average more convenient if you don't want the hassle of driving to a gge and leaving. Happy so far.
