Had to call to chase up when my car was being collected as I was quoted 8am - 10am. My booking was missing from their diary and they apologised for this and came straight out to collect so was happy with that.

Friendly people and got my car back that day! Happy customer.

Only one thing I need to mention that the car was booked on Friday the 26th Not Thursday the 25th.
( please double check your confirmation email) That’s why the booking was missing from our diary on Thursday.
But we went the extra mile for you ( as we always do for all our customers) and accommodate the booking on Thursday, managed to finish it all and return it back on the same day

waste of space. to collect the car at 08.30 then to have No communication about these faults until 5.00pm, and then just to say "You get them fixed and bring it back, and we will do your mot re-test free, Rubbish company .and for your driver to say the car is a lovely drive, makes me wonder what car you were testing.

When i booked the car in it did not.mention being taken away to a garage but ok , i can live with that. I was booked in between 0800 and 1000 , heard nothing by 1040 so.start to.complain. guy rocks.up at 1135 to get the car and take it away to a garage i have never seen and can now not see what work they do ... no great. Come 1730 nothing , so i call and am told car now wont be ready until tomorrow as waiting for parts !! No concern about use of car or not doing as promised. Told car will arrive by lunchtime next day , arrived at 1730 ! No receipt from garage. So no idea if works been done or i have been ripped of , terrible communication and wont be using again.

Hi there,
Thanks a lot for your feedback, please note that.

Firstly when you booked the car it was booked for collection and delivery (big jobs such as timing belt kit, water pump, coolant replacement can’t be done on the drive way)

Secondly, I have tried to call call you between 8:00 and 10:00 but there was no answer on the land line phone so I had to leave a message to confirm that someone will be home to hand the keys over. I waited for an hour but no one came back to me, so I had to call again to confirm.
That’s why it took a long time in the morning.

Thirdly we had the wrong part delivered for your car (not our fault).
We were promised that the correct part will be delivered in the morning but it never arrived until the afternoon. We fitted everything back together and road tested the car and noticed that the ABS light was lit on the dash (this is a different fault & nothing to do with what we have done). We have gone the extra mile for you and carried out a scan/diagnostic test to find that you have a fault with the N/S/R wheel speed sensor (diagnostic done Free of Charge).
I then phoned the land line and informed the lady we will drop the car off on my way home about 5:30 pm.

Finally you don’t get a receipt from the garage as you are dealing with click mechanic, so if you want a receipt you should ask the people you booked with.
