I can’t leave a review as the job was unable to be completed however he was straight forward about it and fully explained why. The weather was atrocious yet he just got on with things.
My only issue is with the company. As I am still waiting for the refund so that I can get the work done at a garage as recommended.

Glenn was great, excellent communication before arriving and was very thorough when completing the job. Glenn's advice on what to follow up at the next service was really helpful and he put this in an email very shortly after leaving.. I am very grateful for all his help and will probably use Glenn and the AA again given how straightforward this has been.
