“Arrived within booked time (1100-1300), though it was closer to 1300 than I would have liked, service went on into around 1330-1340 (guessing here, sorry).
I got told some time back that my rear pads would need doing within some millimetres, and I left it a good 6 months at least. Didn’t see it myself, but car performance wasn’t particularly affected, I’m not a heavy braker - I’m always one to go by how the drive feels. And I went with ClickMechanic due to not having been in the area long enough to choose out a reliable garage, and convenience. Mechanic comes to you, what’s better than that?
Work was good but not as initially thorough as it could have been. Should have checked the pad with the sensor before giving me the choice of leaving it based on the other brake pads. Uneven wear, whole lot and sensor replaced as quoted.
Glad it’s done now though, thanks.”

“My Mini Cooper needed a rear wheel bearing replaced quick, as later in the week I'd a motorway journey. While at work I did a search on line, for the cost of a new bearing, then looked for a quote for the work locally. While waiting for a local garage to call me back, they never did, I found ClickMechanic. The price they quoted was what I expected so I booked it.

I was sent emails to confirm the work and later texts from the Mechanic with a rough time he'd be at my home. The following day he text an updated arrival time, slightly later but no great problem as he completed well within the time he said he would.
