“John clearly knows his stuff, and was happy to discuss all aspects of the job and agree steps as we went along. He worked really hard for us and I can't fault him in any way. Our job turned out to be bigger than we initially thought, and there was a problem with initial diagnosis of the problem by us, leading to purchase of non-refundable part from dealer, which then turned out to be wrong, however this was our mistake. If you are not 100% certain about cause of problem, I would recommend diagnostic visit first.”

“Earl was great, my car needed a part that was only available directly from the dealership which took 7 days to arrive, he temporarily fixed my fault until the genuine part arrived, he then came back out a week later to carry out the full repair.

From the start earl was great with communication and informative about my car and going about to give me advice and also pointed out a slow puncture I had.
