1 All digital communication (texts, emails) was from a "Craig" but it was James that collected & returned car. Was Craig the actually mechanic & James just collected & delivered car ?
2 Disappointed that the drivers light grey seat upholstery had black stains on it where someone sat. Suggest mechanics protect upholstery with plastic covers before sitting.
Had to buy a spray to clean the oil stains. Please warn customers to cover the drivers seat so upholstery will be protected.”
