Auxiliary Belt snapped so unable to drive the car. Ryan accepted the job promptly and even called on a Sunday evening to confirm arrival. Ryan was really friendly and asked for more information about the fault to make sure that the repair could go ahead. Ryan called the next day to confirm arrival at the start of the time slot. As predicted the Auxiliary Belt Pretentioner also needed replacement. Ryan had anticipated this and checked that it was OK to purchase the part in advance of arrival which meant that the job could be completed in just over an hour despite the challenging weather. Ryan then called to confirm the work was completed. In summary...great communication throughout and good advice given regarding Belt Pretentioner. Would happily recommend Ryan based on this experience.
