The young man who picked my car up was courteous and w ithin the time suggested. The work carried out was fairly basic, changing front discs and pads, so cannot fault that. The only concern was the lack of communication, as apparently there was a problem due to staff sickness, which extended the time taken for the fix. It would have been nice to have been informed as it become worrying after the amount of time taken.
