Unfortunately the 95 pound call out fee consisted of attaching a meter to the battery, telling me it's dead, talking at me for 45 minutes,then recommended charging it over night then getting back to him,
When I got back to him 2 days later he unfortunately couldn't complete the job as he had broken his ankle, so just under a hundred quid just to have to call another mechanic.

i'm sorry you feel this way, i did everything in my power to rectify the loss of power, i did offer to return Monday afternoon to either to fit a replacement battery so i could do a diagnostic scan, with no power in the vehicle there was no way of carrying out diagnostics .
as i didn't hear from yourself i presumed that you had got the vehicle started and did not require any further help.
