Brandon visited on 21st Oct to fit new brake discs and pads and was great. He had difficulties locating the required parts, so rang to say he'd be late (no problem at all). When he arrived, he quickly discovered that he'd been given the WRONG parts, but without hesitation, he went straight back to the supplier to exchange them. Once he had them, he was able to very quickly and efficiently do the fitting and seemed unperturbed that he was now running about 2 hours late!! He was very polite and courteous throughout, nothing seemed too much trouble, and the finished job is perfectly satisfactory as I have done over 100 miles today with no issues. Well done and thank you, Brandon!!

David is the same mechanic who completed my service and MOT last year, and I was just as happy with the service I received this year as I was last year. I had the car back in around 3 hours and he completed some additional work that I had requested, brake fluid change and replacement washer jet. Stress free transaction.

The work yes but tried to ring phone numbers left in emails ALL unrecognised. We both tried many times to contact mechanic to let them know where the car was parked plus info on key exchange, had zero interaction. V poor, never using this service again but I’m sure don’t give a sh*t!!

The oil and oil filter were not done as snapmechanic told me which brands they use and that’s not what is on my car and the oil is dark not clear, not even the screen wash was checked. A gaslighting dishonest mechanic and I won’t return to this platform which is a pity for the genuine mechanics out there.

My car was booked in to have the timing belt and water pump replaced. After inspecting the car, my mechanic discovered that there is a fault on the auxiliary timing belt. He showed me the cracks on the belt and it was clear that this would need to also be replaced. I was very pleased with the price that I paid for the original work and the supplementary work that needed to be done. Everything was left in good condition.

The service was efficient and professional. He went over and beyond to check and advise on further management.
