Very disappointed
My account was charged 98£ and I don’t even know for what
Mechanic arrived late ( supposed to be morning) and very late afternoon phoned me that my car didn’t pass MOT .
It was not enough time to fix my car , because I’m living outside city I needed the car to get home .
Very disappointed

Dougie was excellent and friendly. It was my first time to let him replace the engine oil and the filter, no issues.

Doggie did a great job. Will use him again😀 He kept me informed and fixed the only fault that failed my MOT. and sent back for a PASS.👍

Will defo use again picked car up and dropped it back off after repair. Great value for money better than quotes from anywhere else.

Dougie is a wonderful guy, friendly and very helpful. I will always recommend him. He did a very good job.

Dougie phoned ahead with pickup time and arrived as arranged, work carried out to my satisfaction without any problems.

Dougie was great, completed the pre-purchase inspection in the allocated time and phoned me straight after to talk me through it. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I’d definitely use this service again

He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest and clearly explained his approach to resolving the problems.
He didn't push for any unnecessary work at anytime, a rare quality.
Appreciate him visiting twice when I wasn't available the first time for car pickup to discuss about the work done and potential things to lookout for, answering all my queries to his best knowledge.


The only suggestion for improvement would be the timeline, as the overall service took 4 days to complete, and I needed to reach out for progress updates.

Dougie was friendly and helpful and was able to provide excellent advice prior to our purchase - providing an in depth analysis of the vehicle and what he found during the post inspection call.

All went well my mechanic was very nice and honest He went that extra mile in my words I would recommend Click mechanic as my notability is not the best. So 5 star for me.
