James called the night before to get a better understanding of the problem as I requested a diagnostic to be carried out. Arrived at the time he said he would. During the work very polite, kept me informed throughout of what was happening and why, very knowledgeable and I felt in good hands knowing that my car was well looked after and would be back on the road before I knew it. Great guy.

I booked a diagnostic for my car, which resulted in two error codes, one of which required further clarification from BMW. I was told there would be a follow-up, and when I called a week later, I was promised a quick resolution. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back since. This isn't quite what I expected when I booked a diagnostic service.

Paul was on time very knowledgeable. And although my car wasn't playing ball he persevered and bleed the coolant. Highly recommend.

I can’t thank John enough. He carried out a pre-purchase mechanical inspection on a vehicle which saved me a lot of time and and more importantly, money. Never used this service before, but I’m absolutely sold and would not hesitate to use this service again especially when you are unsure of the information received from a car seller.
