Yes happy with how it was booked and carried out. They were punctual and friendly, it was great to have the service done on my own drive. I was slightly disappointed with the quality of the service report, the mechanics said the brake pads will need changing soon but that’s not on the reports. I also know I need new wipers, I’d expected to see that on the report but there was no mention of it. I thought I’d have seen that reported on a full service.

Can’t recommend Husnane highly enough, 11/10! This man rang me 48 hrs prior to the car even being booked in and asked if it was available that evening. He then collected it and completed a whole set of brake pads, discs and a calliper replacement within a day! Returning the vehicle in less than 24hrs, a whole day ahead of scheduled pick up, while keeping me updated with videos of the work and problem calliper for good measure. A genuine professional in every sense with excellent customer service. I shall be looking to use this gentleman for any repairs in the future. Thanks very much Husnane.

Micheal was fantastic, he called me in the morning to let me know when he would be arriving to service my car, he arrived at the time he said and got straight to work. He answered any question I had and explained everything very well. I would recommend micheal to anyone.

Top class service from Azhar. He contacted me during the inspection with his feedback, photos and a WhatsApp video call to show me the condition of the car he was inspecting for me. Most of the faults (some major) he picked up during the inspection were never listed in the original advert, and he demonstrated to me why the car would cost a lot to put right. I chose not to go ahead with the purchase on this occasion and he saved me £8,000. Can't recommend Azhar highly enough for the quality of his service, his expertise and experience. Don't buy a car without consulting him first!

They were absolutely fantastic. They were a little late due to issues on a previous job and the winter weather, which couldn't be helped, but they let me know ahead of time and did a great job on the car.
