Jordan was a very pleasant lad and knowledgeable. However, I was not happy with how their central office managed the job... 4 hours late to the booking window with no communication to inform me that they would be late (only once I contacted them was I given a timeline)

The mechanic was late, which I overlooked as I thought all would be good when th repair was done. He took at most a quatre of an hour to diagnose the fault and do a health check of the vehicle, which I thought was quite a short time to check everything for good health! Again, I with-held judgement until the repair was made, which it turns out was not to be. Regarding communication, I am hard of hearing and although I explained this, he had little time to talk and even put the phone down on me this morning!
