Great diagnostics. Mercedes main dealer had recommended replacing a back pressure sensor at £900 as readings wrong. Mark suggested readings may be caused by a leak in air intake to exhaust system and to get a smoke test done. He was right. Smoke test and pipe tightened up for £50 elsewhere to clear warning light and pass MOT.

First time using click mechanic, I have always used the Mercedes main dealer previous. The service has been amazing from the moment I booked, the guy who arrived was prompt and polite. The work completed all 4 brake pads replaced and the discs cleaned and re surfaced has been outstanding. The work completed is 5 stars and a very happy returning customer.

Great communication arrived within the time stated. Carried out the inspection of the handbrake, advised could be one of a few issues which was very reassuring, and that it shouldn't be anything major to have recified and put me at ease, as only having access to 1 car can be quite daunting as and when potential big repairs are required and the car is off the road.

Akhtar is brilliant! I took my Mini to a Group 1 garage last year to investigate the knocking sound. After £600 and two days they couldn’t diagnose it without wanting to strip the engine. They told me the engine would likely have to be replaced at £6000! Almost a year later the serpentine belt snaps on the motorway and causes my car to overheat. Akhtar came out to me the next morning to look over the car and within minutes he knew exactly what needed to be replaced. 2 days of him working non-stop and staying late for me to get home from work, my car has a new lease of life! Akhtar is a very hard worker and does his best to help you out with reasonable fees. If I had the amount of work done at a Mini garage, it would have cost me at least double.
