Mark collected - a little early, so that was a bit of a shock - but at least not late! Ryan appears to have done a great job with the service and no extra surprise work required to get my car through its MOT (that so often seems to be “recommended”) Overall, a really positive experience and I’d happily use A1 Autos and/or ClickMechanic again.

Brilliant service and quality repair, picked my van up at 8am and had it back on my drive by 10:30 after replacing ball joint, really friendly lad thay came for the van, couldnt have asked for more

James was brilliant but wasn’t very clear on what work had been done on the vehicle and if it had passed the MOT. There was also the issue of the car being delivered the next day as the tow truck had broken down, but from when the car was picked up to being dropped off there wasn’t much communication so I was pretty much in the dark of what was going on.

Our mechanic was very helpful and I was happy with the work he did for us 😀 and knowledge.

A very reluctant 4 stars - otherwise a faultless performance- on the strict interpretation of your questions. James was a day late because of his son's illness & there was a problem with leaking coolant after the work had been done.[fixed within the hour. He was having to re-schedule like mad as he'd 'lost' a day at the Hospital. He also identified a moribund battery - & replaced it- so a 6th star should be awarded for quality, if possible.

Discovered the issue with my car at 09:15, contacted clickmechanic to get repair completed. Ty contacted me just after 10:00 to discuss repair and attendance time. Arrived promptly and repair completed by 15:00. Excellent response from a simple and efficient service.

Unfortunately the quality of the mechanic service not as expected. I didn't get formal report about the diagnosis work. I transferred the car to the garage to repeat the work again.

really happy with the work undertaken: knew how he could potentially fix the problem and he did. he communicated right from accepting the job all the way through to arriving and finishing. really pleased

Brian was incredible. Super professional and side a great Job. If you get Brian as your mechanic you are in very very very good hands.

Good work, decent parts, easy going bloke, easy to speak to and informative. He faced the challenges of correcting shody workmanship such as- seized, overtiightened engine bolts etc.. He calmly worked to resolve these without a fuss.

James was great mechanic. Happy, helpful and got the job done. Will deffo use in future and refer friends.

Jonathan was helpful and a great communicator. Went above and beyond to make the stress of being without your car as brief and painless as possible. Massively impressed and would wholeheartedly recommend.

Can’t recommend. Communication was bad, arrived 2 hours before arranged pick up time (luckily I was home), did not tell me they were going to keep the car over night on the first day, just didn’t car the car back, had the car over a week and nothing was achieved and had to ask multiple time for updates. In the end I asked for the car back.
