Brandon was friendly and knowledgeable at 100 per cent. We cannot recommend him enough. We are very much happy with his advice, and the work he carried out. He takes all the time to checkout absolutely everything. He takes time to explain to us and to check again if we asked for. He has discovered something that was hidden and we appreciate him for his professionalism. We feel so confident now about next step. He knows a lot and he knows how to explain it not only to us that are not experts but also he communicates very well with the seller which also makes a difference while buying a used car.

Sarah is nice and friendly, I asked her last minute to check if there is anything weird going on with my tyres (any slow leak) along with the service, mot and rear brake pad changes. Everything was done in a short amount of time, and I had a quick look and everything seems good. Also she provided record of all the checks she have done, which some garage I have been will just verbally tell me everything is good, but I can only trust base on word. Only change would be a heads up if you are not arriving on time, but I didn't really mind as all I did was wait while working from home.

Excellent experience will definitely use again when needed. Fixed issue and car back on the road.

Yes apart from wrong part been brought one first had to come back next day to finish the work and no receipt for work carried out not any good for service history

Abdul was terrific. He was efficient and kept me updated as to his ETA. The job was just to run a diagnostic check which quickly found the fault. After the bonnet was popped we saw it wasn’t a faulty sensor but a burst pipe.

I was happy with the work carried out but that is not what was required. I was looking for off car filter flush. In received a tin of liquid in the diesel tank, which I have been putting in myself for the past year. (at cost of around £10 per tank of fuel. Even now, if I enter "Off car DPF clean" in google/Safari search you come up offering this service. I have since been to a local garage, who did a check, prior to off car flush, which showed that the DPF is broken. Also the amount of fuel in the engine oil, caused by the "regen", has rendered the oil as useless.

Peter is an excellent mechanic. He communicated well and showed me pictures of the old part and the new part. He gave me a full run down on the work he did on my car. It was the first time using Click Mechanic and I was not sure how it would be. Alexandru my Mechanic was an absolute expert. He realised that my car needed two parts and not just the clutch and showed me the part and why it needed to be replaced. Alexandru came on time, finished in good time and my car is driving like perfect 👌. Thank God I can drive safely 🙏

I can’t Thank Jamie and the team enough, my brake discs were destroyed and they fixed them for me then and there at a reasonable price. I know it was an inconvenience for them because I was only booked in for brake pads.
