Communication is poor. Picked up my car at 8:45am on 1 July. I was expecting it to be returned same day in the evening but it was not. Send messages to ask for eta and finally replied saying first thing tomorrow morning. 2nd July waited for car to be delivered as I needed it to get to work, text messages were not answered. At 10 am I called and was told it should be on its way… waited till 1pm no car still. Text messages were not replied. I had to find alternative transportation which is very inconvenient. Car was returned later on that day while I was at work and again no message or text to tell me that it has been returned. Very poor communication which resulted on me being inconvenient…

Dan was great, let me know when he was 30mins away and arrived bang on time, had the work completed super quickly and was a really friendly guy. Would definitely recommend and will use again!

Jack was a very professional and though with his investigation. On completion of it, he explained everything to me in simple terms. He couldn't find the source of this minor leak.
