Kept upto date. Polite on the phone with the updates and the collection and delivery people. All work complete and informednpn the faults.

Did a great job. Arrived promptly, fixed the fault and drove the car back to me the same day. Good value and clear communication.

The following major points was neglected to highlight in the inspection report, 1) Noise during reversing the car . Cracking noise which is consistent each and every time reversing the car. 2) The car is pulling right on driving 70+ km/h . It is evident that the mechanic has limited or no experience on basic checks of Mercedes Benz Car. The above two major points are life threats to a driver . I wouldn't recommend this mechanic for any Mercedes Benz car checks .

They said that the fault message does not come up anymore and he said he did not know if the repair will work in the cold.

Decent communication however timescales of when I’d pick the car up changed twice.

My mechanic was Harry , he came with a collage which I haven’t catch the name , but both gents was amazing , was very friendly and did job amazingly. Have no problem with them at all , will recommend to anyone who needs a mechanic , I have look in the click mechanic and they have allocated the Harry to me . If you not sure I can assure you couldn’t recommend a better person for a job . Very big thank you guys . You saved my day . 💋👍💯

Jamie was great, easy to talk to and worked hard. Jamie even pointed out a few things that will need doing soon that weren't picked up on the MOT, a couple that weren't a big issue but one that was a big issue, so I'm grateful for finding it or could of been bad, he found corrosion on my fuel filter housing that was sleeping fuel 😱 so getting that done straight away

DO NOW USE. A real cowboy mechanic. Invoiced me and charged me for work not do and parts not fitted. Theb tried to get more money from me to come back out to docthe work he was meant to do in the first place. Shaun in my opinion shouldn't even be allowed to use this site as he broke to of click mechanic own polices. It has only now just got to a resolution over 3 weeks afyer being charged incorrectly and this is on part as click mechanic themselves are forcing the refund on Shauns behalf. I can not strongly more urge people not to use him.
