Excellent experience, Mechanic arrived exactly on time, communication was first class and all work was documented and evidenced. Will definitely be back next year for another service, not and any maintenance needed!

I discussed with Ben , the first thing , rear wheels. He replied " o mate , we don't need to lift the car from the rear side as it's not the part of the service". I did not argue and came back home to check the major service points. I have now received the report from click mechanics that tells , rear wheels were checked , I am doubtful, if rear side was not lifted up how's it possible it was checked ?

I found Mandy and the chaps who collected and picked up my vehicle very helpful and friendly! There was a slight delay out of the mechanic’s hands with the part being delayed and I had to chase updates but overall it was a great experience and they turned a clutch replacement round within 48 hours which for one mechanic working on his own due to it being the holidays and sickness is very very good going and the car came back shiny! I would recommend to anyone!

Ashley was great, arrived when he said he would and did the work quickly. Professional, equipped and knowledgable. It was great considering the time of year as there was no way I was going to be able to get in the garage to get this done until after the New Year, so I really appreciate Ashley slotting me in, as who needs a car out over Christmas and New Year. Worse timing ever. It is a premium service though.

Marc was "Top Man". Very friendly. Very professional. More than good at what he does! I would highly recommend Marc to anyone because he is one of the best mechanics I have ever used.
