There was a slight delay out of the mechanic’s hands with the part being delayed and I had to chase updates but overall it was a great experience and they turned a clutch replacement round within 48 hours which for one mechanic working on his own due to it being the holidays and sickness is very very good going and the car came back shiny! I would recommend to anyone!

Excellent Service from The Scrappers Ltd. Dazza collected my car and returned it, after the heater blower motor was replaced on a Ford Focus MK1. I found Mandy and Dazza, very friendly and knowledgable.

Great service from The Scrappers Ltd, had a slight issue with a tyre not being changed as requested and service book not being stamped -No problem at all - They came back out the next day and collected/dropped off my car again, no extra charge. Special thanks to Mandy and Dazza for promptly sorting everything out.

The person who collected the car was amazing and dropped it off again. However the people who did the work were awful, they had fixed the part but now 5 weeks in I am still having issues with the car, they had not replaced a certain part and when I contacted them they said they will fix it for another fee of £100 , I have not let them fix it,I will fix myself but I will not use these again and will let people know what they are like, average day cowboys !
