Didn't meet the mechanic as the car was collected and the work was carried out off site.
Thermostat fitted and working fine.

The people here were properly on it. Big thanks to Daz and Gina, both for their efforts and the communication which was spot on, including photo of where we were at at one point! Lovely people doing a cracking job. The work was done well and the mechanic also diagnosed another problem I’d been having that I’d mentioned in passing and resolved that too! They collected the car on time and hung about after hours to make sure it was delivered back too, faultless service! My beloved old Mini is working like a charm, many thanks!

Mandy called me to tell me when the car would be collected from home and kept me updated through the day. All of the staff I have spoken to have been really friendly and explained everything. From my perspective it couldn't have been easier.
