Mandy and Daz were very helpful in explaining the process and what to expect (how long work would take, pick up, and drop off times).

Daz was consistently on time and was a reassuring presence throughout.

The people here were properly on it. Big thanks to Daz and Gina, both for their efforts and the communication which was spot on, including photo of where we were at at one point! Lovely people doing a cracking job. The work was done well and the mechanic also diagnosed another problem I’d been having that I’d mentioned in passing and resolved that too! They collected the car on time and hung about after hours to make sure it was delivered back too, faultless service! My beloved old Mini is working like a charm, many thanks!

The service and customer care I received was second to none. The reception team were friendly and polite, also very honest and only recommended work required. The price and the work done on my car was excellent. Lastly the vehicle was collected and returned by the garage which helped a lot when my battery had died. Brilliant service and quick turn around on getting the car ready for me.
