Callum arrived 35 minutes late at 15:05. No contact, apology or reason was given.
He stated that the service and MOT would take approximately 2 hours.
At approximately 17:20 I received an email quote from Callum for additional work(rear brake pads wear worn)
I called him to find out that the pads were worn but the car had passed the MOT.
At 20:13 I had to call him to find out when my car would be returned. He eventually returned my car at 20:30. Over 5 hours for a service & MOT!!
It transpires that the testing station was 30 miles from my home address.
When I checked my service history it had not been stamped and despite repeated requests it still has not been done. He did agree to have it done by the end of the week (Friday 16th).
This has been appalling service and Callum has been uncommunicative throughout.
If Callum is unable to stamp service records he should not be carrying out services.

Callum was freindly, helpful & knowledgeable.
The problem was sorted quite quickly.

Callum was amazing went over and above to ensure I was back on the road asap. Even considering the snow and extreme cold weather everything was completed included the additional work required all done and the car drives like a dream. Fantastic service great quality workmanship why would you ever go to anyone else.

Very satisfied with the work Callum carried out on my car. Gave good feedback of the condition of my old Fiesta and corrected a couple of issues he saw, with no extra charge.
The adverse weather conditions to pick and drop off my car was difficult for Callum and his team, but still 5* service.

Absolutely spot on!! Great communication and service and the price was cheaper than going to a garage and I could stay home while it was completed. Id definitely use again and highly recommend.

Arrived bang on time, informed me what the issue was and gave me 2 options. Even though they couldn’t fix directly, advised where to take it.

Fitted a new clutch. First class job. Completed the job in the time he said it would take.
