I am very happy with the services I got the car was picked up at 8:00am and it was back with me at 11:00am as it was A MOT witch it passed the guy was very nice and friendly explaimed what needs to be done on the next MOT and said should I need them just to give him a ring which I will do in the new year.

The whole experience was a joy, collected within the slot allocated and explained we had to travel later in the day. Car was fixed and on its way back within 2 hours of collection, I’ve completed my trip and absolutely no issues so very excellent all round

I found your company via the internet. From the moment I signed up with you regarding urgent repairs to my vehicle, I was impressed. I received a message stating that Michael would be my mechanic and had been allocated to me. At this point, I was also given a reference number. Michael called me the day before he was due to come out (between 12 and 2 p.m.) to understand the full circumstances of the car's issues, what I had been told the problem was, and my own observations. Later, I received another call from Michael, letting me know he could arrive by 9:30 a.m., which was perfect as my car could no longer be started, and I was relying on taxis. He arrived the next morning and completed the assessment of my car. It was then decided that the repairs could not be done on my driveway, so the vehicle needed to be taken to Luton, where his garage is located. Michael was keen to get the job done quickly. He arranged for a pick-up truck to collect my vehicle and transport it to Luton, which cost me £130. He was passionate, very professional, and kept me well informed throughout the process. However, there was some confusion due to the constant emails and messages stating that you were unable to allocate a mechanic, even though the car had been with Michael since the 18th. Money was removed from my account to cover the repairs, then refunded, and at one point, it seemed as though the job had been canceled. Despite these hiccups, my car was returned today, and I’m happy with both the car and the repairs. Michael even had it cleaned before returning it. The only negative aspect was that Michael needs to manage customer expectations better. For example, in my case, I had a rented vehicle and a business to run. If he had said, “We’re looking at about three days, mate,” instead of implying it might take a week, I could have planned accordingly. This would have saved me from needing to extend the rental or pay for additional taxis after the three-day mark when the car was still in Luton. As someone with a business and commitments, managing my expectations was critical. Nevertheless, I would rate the overall experience a 9/10.

Unfortunately because the windscreen wipers worked while the technician was there he could not identify the fault. This leaves me with the potential of the windscreen wipers stopping the next time used. I say technician because he was a technician not a mechanic, in other words totally relies on what the computer says.

Matty from Matty's Motors was fantastic. Texted me to say he was on his way and arrived on time, working non-stop for four hours on a complex timing belt job in the freezing cold. Hopefully he enjoyed the tea and biscuits! The price was very reasonable and we were booked in within two days of our initial message. All local garages were booked up for two weeks.
