Karl was approachable and polite and as far as I know performed the Brake Pad replacement correctly (obviously once the wheels are back there's nothing to see!).

Can't tell if he is good or not because he couldn't give me a diagnosis,and the problems remained £150 down and none the wiser. I've also paid for a health check but no check results. I could have flushed that money down the toilet and be in the same positions.
