Seriously impressed by Karl. This was the quickest a fault on my car has ever been rectified. Placed the request for an engineer to diagnose a fault at 10:26, Karl arrived shortly after 12:00 the same day. He figured out within minutes (!) what was wrong with my car, although it was not a 'visible' fault. It was repaired by 14:20. Cannot recommend him highly enough. Speedy, knowledgeable, professional and fairly priced. Will definitely use Karl again in the future.
